How did you meet?

We met during Natalie's first year of college at the Tiger Activities Fair. There were a bunch of clubs tabling in the Gordon Field House and Jared was at the table, sharing information about Unity House.

Who made the first move?

Technically, Jared. We ran in the same social circles for a while and after an event we both seemed to catch each other's attention.

What was your most memorable date?

Natalie loves Italian food (truthfully she just loves cheese), but Jared made a reservation at Mamma G's for Valentine's Day 2024. The most memorable part of this is that he refused to tell her where they were going, but he wanted to make it a surprise. He did his best to give verbal instructions (which was frustrating). Thank God, we made it there in one piece. The food was 10/10 and we love to go back there at least once or twice a year.

What's something important to both of you?

Faith. Both of us can be critical of ourselves from time to time, but to have someone to speak into you and truly care makes a difference. Our individual relationships with God has allowed us to have be more present for each other in prayer and in our responses to situations.

Favorite thing about each other?

Natalie: I really appreciate his mind and his ability to problem solve...this may be a result of his gaming lol.

Jared: Her kindness and willingness to help others.
